AVIC delivers a low-carbon answer on International Day of Clean Energy!  

To reduce the waste of non-renewable energy, AVIC XAC recycles the returned fuel generated during the aircraft testing process.

The project team devised an optimal treatment mode of “precipitation and two-stage filtration” for the returned kerosene, and followed a rigorous procedure of cleaning, testing, and verifying the purified oil to ensure that all 15 indicators of the oil quality were met. As a result, we achieved a remarkable reuse rate of 90.8% for the returned oil, and contributed to the green aviation construction with our practical actions.
